Shipping Policy

 

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Pixels And Bullets! . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

Due to the nature of our products weight and dimensions we ship USPS Priority Mail. We can fit more swag and keep the shipping cost at a reasonable price. This will also ensure a quick ship to get your order to you as quick as possible.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur but we will try to be as speedy as possible!

Return & Exchange Policy

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@bpgmiami.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately On Sale items are all considered final sale. If there’s any particular issue with the item itself, you can request a Warranty RMA via the RMA form below.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from factory. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with your item to our returns shipping address below.

 

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 

Safety Disclaimer

Use of PIXELS AND BULLETS MEDIA safety products is at the users discretion. We will not be held responsible for any harm, injury, or death incurred while using our products.

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 10 rounds will not be shipped to; CA, HI, MA, D.C., NY, Puerto Rico, Toledo OH and Oak Park IL.

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 12 rounds will not be shipped to; Chicago, IL

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 15 rounds will not be shipped to: NJ, Cincinnati OH., Aurora IL., South Bend IN.

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 16 rounds will not be shipped to: Franklin Park, IL.

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 20 rounds will not be shipped to; MD, Cleveland, OH.

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 21 rounds will not be shipped to; City & County of Denver, CO.

  • Magazines with a capacity of more than 35 rounds will not be shipped to; Riverdale, IL.
